Dr. Michelle Martinez is originally from Southern California, she relocated to Henderson in 2012. She is happily married and has three sons, as well as a mini Collie named Bolt, who adds joy to their family

Dr. Sally Ly spent most of her youth in sunny Orange County, California and moved to Vegas after completing her dental degree in Arizona, trading one hot desert sun for another. Dr. Ly is happily married and has a dog-child by the name of Bumi that she takes everywhere outside of the office.

Dr. Ly finds immense joy in helping patients regain their confidence through their smiles. She believes that dentistry is not just about treating teeth but about building relationships and creating positive experiences for her patients. Dr. Ly has a lot of empathy for patients with dental anxiety and works diligently to help them overcome their fears with patience and encouragement.

Dr. Ly is known for her gentle and caring approach. Her ability to connect with patients and make them feel comfortable is what sets her apart. Dr. Ly’s goal is to ensure that every patient leaves the office with a smile and a positive outlook on their dental health.

Dr. Hrag Artinian is a proud Las Vegas local who has built his personal and professional life in Las Vegas since moving there in 2011. He earned his undergraduate and dental degrees at UNLV and has remained deeply connected to the community ever since. Dr. Artinian met his wife in 2019, and they were married in the fall of 2024. Together, they enjoy a family-focused lifestyle rooted in meaningful time spent with loved ones.

From an early age, Dr. Artinian was drawn to smiles and fascinated by the unique features of each person’s teeth. This curiosity led him to shadow various dental clinics during his formative years, which solidified his passion for pursuing a career in dentistry. He finds purpose in helping patients improve their oral health and feels privileged to be a trusted care provider in his community.

Dr. Artinian believes that no two patients are alike, and it’s the variety of personalities, needs, and challenges that make his work both fulfilling and exciting. Dr. Forgues is an advocate for the transformative power of orthodontics. As a member of the American Association of Orthodontics and the American Dental Association, he brings a fresh outlook to the field. Dr. Forgues holds a Doctorate of Dental Medicine from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, and a Masters Degree in Oral Biology with a Certificate in Orthodontics from the University of Nevada.

Dr. Forgues has always been a sports enthusiast, excelling in hockey, lacrosse, soccer, and squash during his formative years. His commitment to sports extended to college, where he secured scholarships for both lacrosse and squash, ultimately achieving a commendable country ranking in squash.

His outgoing personality and relatability make him a valuable asset to our office. He not only crafts beautiful smiles but also engages with patients, fostering an environment of excitement about their orthodontic journey. 

Outside the office, Dr. Forgues enjoys embracing nature through golfing, hiking, and spending quality time with his three energetic Vizslas in Henderson, NV.

Dr. David Raper’s journey in oral surgery began at the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry, followed by advanced training in the San Antonio Military Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Program. His military service provided him with unique experiences and skills, working alongside the Air Force, Army, and Navy, which have greatly contributed to his expertise and compassionate approach.

Dr. Marwa Abulhasan was born and raised in Kuwait, the only daughter in a family of three brothers. Her upbringing was rooted in values of self-respect, determination, and the importance of family. These principles guided her to pursue her goals with passion and integrity, ultimately leading her to a fulfilling career in periodontics.

Dr. Marwa’s journey into dentistry began at the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in 2003 and her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) in 2006. She further specialized by completing a Certificate in Periodontology and a Master’s in Craniofacial Biology at the University of Southern California in 2012. Her drive for excellence in healthcare also led her to earn a Master of Medical Management in 2019.

As a periodontist, Dr. Marwa is passionate about her work, particularly the hands-on nature of the job and the opportunity to provide instant relief and satisfaction to her patients. She values the connections she builds with her patients, finding joy in helping others and interacting with them on a personal level. Known for her calm demeanor and attentive listening skills, Dr. Marwa creates a comfortable environment for her patients, ensuring they feel heard and cared for during their visits.

Lisa Piercey is originally from Massachusetts and has spent the last five years living in California before moving to Las Vegas. With over two decades of marriage to her husband and best friend, Lisa brings a wealth of life experience to her role at Cadence Family Dental. Her two beloved dogs, Ralph and Scarlett, are a big part of her family life.

When she’s not at work, Lisa loves watching football and the Food Network. She enjoys taking walks with her dogs and husband, trying out new restaurants, and indulging in good food. An interesting fact about Lisa is that she is also a proud grandmother, which adds another layer of joy to her life.

Catherine began her journey in dental hygiene with a passion for helping others feel confident in both their health and their smiles. Born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey, she later made the move to Las Vegas to start an exciting new chapter with her husband and their dog, Chuy. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Dental Hygiene from Eastern International College, building a strong foundation for her career in patient care.

Catherine chose dentistry because of the meaningful impact it can have on a person’s confidence and overall well-being. She finds it especially rewarding to see patients leave with brighter smiles and a renewed sense of self-esteem.
